The thing we do before entering the stage of creating the user interface of this pasarpolis website is that we run the UX Design process. The three of us work together to build ideas at the UX Design stage. The UX Design process that we use is Design Thinking as a method in this process. We chose Design Thinking because this method is the result of the evolution of the Human-Centered Design process and is used to create something innovative in product design. Not only that, we chose Design Thinking because we went through several stages where we felt comfortable, these stages included empathize, define, ideate, prototyping and testing stages.

1. Empathize

The first stage in the design thinking process at this stage is empathize. Why empathize? Because with empathize we can understand what the user's problem and the motive of a case by doing research and continuing to the next stage to solve the problem.

Furthermore, at the empathize stage this time using the secondary research method. Secondary research or desk research is a research method by collecting and analyzing data from the information found. So, here are the picture of the secondary research that we have produced.

Not only data from secondary research. Pasarpolis also provided us with some data such as problems, goals and target users.
